Expertise

Five things, done properly — AI, technology leadership, web, WordPress and visibility, for businesses in the UAE.

AI Adoption That Reaches Production

The distance between a pilot that impressed the room and a system the business runs on every day is where the work sits. That is the part I do: choosing the one process worth automating, proving it against your own data, and shipping it into the tools your team already opens every morning.

  • Choosing the process that pays back first
  • Assistants that hold up in Arabic, not only English
  • Agents wired into real systems rather than demos
  • Data handling that respects the UAE PDPL
  • Handover, so your team runs it without me

Fractional CTO

The decisions that are expensive to reverse — stack, architecture, build versus buy, who you hire first — taken once, by someone who has taken them before and is still here when the invoice arrives.

  • Technology strategy a board can actually read
  • Build, buy or partner, decided on evidence
  • Architecture and stack selection
  • Holding agencies and dev teams to account
  • Technical due diligence before you sign

Websites and Web Applications

A website is a business decision before it is a design one. What it is for, who it is for and what happens after the click get settled first — long before anyone opens a design tool.

  • Corporate sites and web applications
  • Bilingual builds with Arabic treated as a first language
  • Ecommerce, booking and enquiry flows
  • Rebuilds of sites nobody on the team can edit
  • Speed, accessibility and conversion

WordPress, Built to Last

Custom WordPress without the page-builder bloat: fast, secure, and simple enough that your own team updates it without calling anyone. Hosted where residency matters.

  • Custom themes, no page builders
  • Migration and rescue of neglected sites
  • Core Web Vitals measured on real devices
  • Security, backups and recovery that were tested
  • Arabic and English on one install

Search and AI Visibility

Being found is no longer only about ranking. Buyers ask an assistant now, and it answers from the sources it trusts. Both matter, and they are not won the same way.

  • Technical SEO and content that answers the question
  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Entity and structured data work
  • Local UAE and GCC search

How these fit together

Most engagements start as one of these and turn out to need two. A company that asks for a website usually has a decision problem underneath it. A company that asks for AI usually needs the data tidied first. A company that asks to be found more often needs the site rebuilt before any of that work can hold.

You do not have to know which one you need. Describe the situation and I will tell you — including when the answer is that you need none of them yet.

Narrower engagements

The five areas above are the whole practice. A few engagements are narrow enough to deserve a page of their own:

  • AI development — specifying and building custom AI solutions, and saying when to buy one instead
  • Conversational AI consulting — assistants for customers and staff in Arabic and English, from scope and the acceptance test through to handover.

How I work on all of them

  • I do the work myself. No account manager, no team you never meet.
  • Recommendations come in writing, in language you can act on without me.
  • Arabic and English are both first-class, not one translated into the other.
  • If something cheaper or simpler would solve it, I will point at that instead.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation and I will tell you what would actually help — even if that is not me.
