The problem
There are more AI tools than anyone can evaluate, and the lists that rank them are mostly affiliate pages. For an Arabic-speaking professional it is worse again: almost nothing is reviewed for whether it works in Arabic at all.
What it does
A curated library — tools, prompts, agents, MCP servers, workflows — organised by what you are trying to do rather than by category, with an honest note on what each one is good at and where it falls down. Arabic and English throughout, not translated afterwards.
Why it was hard
- Curation does not scale by itself, and automated curation is what created the problem
- Bilingual content that stays in sync as entries change, without doubling the editorial work
- Being useful to a beginner and to someone building agents, on the same page, without patronising either
