How I teach

Participants work on their own material. A workshop about document automation uses your documents. A session on search visibility looks at your site, live, in front of the room. It is less comfortable than generic examples and it is the only version anyone remembers a month later.

No certificates, no theory for its own sake, and no slide deck sent round afterwards as a substitute for having understood it. The test is whether the team can use the thing on Monday.

Arabic or English

Either, and mixed rooms are normal here. Delivering in Arabic is not the same as translating slides — the examples, the terminology and the questions all change. I have taught in both for as long as I have been doing the work.

Arranging one

Tell me who is in the room, what they already do, and what should be different afterwards. I will come back with an outline and a fixed price. If a workshop is not the right answer — if the problem is a process or a tool rather than a skills gap — I will say so.
